Payment Policy 
Enrolment is considered completed only upon successful payment. An email notification will be automatically sent to you. However, we will contact you if we require additional verification or information. As enrolment is subject to availability, we would refund the fee paid if the camp enrolment quota has been reached. There is a S$100 administrative charge for overseas participants who request for transport. This fee is payable in cash during registration, on the first day of camp.

We accept Visa and MasterCard using a secure server to ensure your privacy and security.  
 
Offline payment – Cheque or Bank Transfer 
Customers can also choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer. Cheque payable to QLN Singapore Pte Ltd.

All payment will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).  
 

Money Back Guarantee 
If the camper chooses to leave the camp within the first 2 days, the full camp fee less a S$500 administrative fee and credit card charges (if applicable) will be refunded.  

Cancellation Policy 
Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing to SuperCamp, QLN Singapore Pte Ltd. If the camper withdraws from the programme 4 weeks before the start of camp, the camp fee paid less a S$500 administrative fee will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be given. We will accept an approved substitute enrolment, or the payment may be transferred to another camp within one year. All cancellations or substitute enrolments must be made in writing to QLN Singapore Pte Ltd.  
 

Disclaimer of Warranties 
 User expressly agrees that the use of the website is entirely at the user’s sole risk. QLN Singapore makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website and its contents as being accurate, complete or current. QLN Singapore assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this website, any losses or damages arising from the use of content provided on this website, or any conduct by users of this website.

 In no event shall QLN Singapore, its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees be liable (jointly or severally) for any direct, indirect, incidental, accidental, special or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to damage to a computer or computer accessories or other hardware of any kind), or any damages whatsoever resulting from the loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if QLN Singapore has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of connection with the use or performance of the service or the website.
